GENERAL CONDITIONS
The aim of the Web site is to provide the users of same, free, a
series of data and services of TEXSA.
Prior to the use of TEXSA's Web, the user must read the conditions
laid out under the heading "legal notice", which can be
amended at any given time, unilaterally and without any previous
notice on the part of TEXSA. Therefore, solely and exclusively those
conditions in force each time the user makes the connection, shall
be considered applicable.
TEXSA reserves the right to modify or change at any time, unilaterally
and without previous notice, the content, services and/or presentation
of the Web site. The user undertakes to use the contents and services
of TEXSA's Web site correctly and lawfully, observing the standards,
uses and customs applicable at any given time. The user shall abstain
from using said contents or services for unlawful or criminal ends.
The user shall be solely liable for damages that could be caused
to TEXSA or to third parties or things and which are a result, either
direct or indirect, of the non-compliance or failure to abide by
the conditions established herein or the legislation in force at
all times.
The user shall be solely liable for the use of the contents and
services of TEXSA's Web site. Without prejudice to that provided
in the following paragraph, the contents and services of TEXSA's
Web site cannot be copied or distributed, published, recorded, stored,
sent or transmitted by any means, without prior consent in writing
from TEXSA.
The amendment or use of the contents or services with any other
intention, be it commercial or of any other kind or nature, constitutes
a breach and/or infringement of intellectual and industrial proprietary
rights and TEXSA reserves the right to bring legal action to the
total satisfaction of its interests.
TEXSA will not be liable for damages that could be caused as a result
of the unavailability or lack of continuity or access to the contents
and/or services included in the Web, either for technical reasons
or reasons of any other nature. Neither shall TEXSA be liable for
failures in the functioning of the Web, errors, omissions, delays
in data transmissions or connections and any other incidents which
could arise. In like manner, TEXSA does not guarantee the non-existence
of computer viruses in its informatics system and shall therefore
not be liable for damages said computer viruses could cause in the
users' equipment and/or computer programmes.
Unless otherwise directed, the contents of TEXSA's Web are available
with the sole aim of providing information. The contents of this
Web can suffer from inaccuracies or typing or spelling mistakes.
As a result TEXSA shall never be liable for the use to which the
user puts said contents, the users being solely liable for the legal
consequences said use may cause.
This Web can have technical links with other Web sites that are
not managed by TEXSA. TEXSA is not responsible for the contents
of said Web sites.
In addition to TEXSA's registered trademarks, any other registered
trademarks which could appear in the contents and/or services of
the Web are the property of the respective holders of same. The
fact that registered trademarks or any other assets/properties or
rights protected by industrial or intellectual property regulations
could be reflected in this Web, does in no way mean that the holders
of the rights are granting a license for the use, concession or
authorisation of any kind in favour of the users of the Web. TEXSA
reserves the right to bring legal action to the total satisfaction
of its interests, against any breach and/or infringement of intellectual
and industrial proprietary rights on the part of the users.

CONFIDENTIALITY
TEXSA is very respectful of the privacy of the users of its Web site.
As general policy, no personal information on the users of the Web
is ever stored automatically. However, certain information on the
users of a non-personal nature can be recorded or stored, owing to
the way in which the internet servers function and operate. This information
is used mainly to improve the experience in the connection line. The
data to be used for follow-up includes the type of operative system
and browser used by the user, but in no way is the information obtained
through technology known as "cookies" associated with personal
information on the user. Other uses of these data include an internal
revision by TEXSA of the number of users accessing or visiting the
Web, but solely and exclusively in an overall manner which does not
permit personal identification of the user.
When you are using our Web site, certain data could be stored in your

will help us in different ways. For example, the cookies allow us
to adapt the Web to better relate to your preferences and interests.

DATA PROTECTION
In cases where the user must provide data of a personal nature to
TEXSA to use any of the Web services, the former will be expressly
informed each time of the existence of an automated data base, the
aim of same, those receiving the information and identity and address
of the person responsible for data treatment, all with the aim of
complying with that stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December,
for the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature. To this effect, TEXSA
shall reserve confidentiality of the data obtained and the users can
exercise all rights to access, amendment, cancellation and any others
referred to in aforementioned Organic Law 15/1999.
TEXSA has adopted all the necessary measures of a technical and organisational
nature, to guarantee the security of the data of a personal nature,
with the aim of preventing their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised
access, in accordance with the requirements and conditions called
for by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11th June, in which the Regulation
of safety measures of automated files containing data of a personal
nature, is passed, notwithstanding the user's acceptance and knowledge
that to date totally impregnable safety measures do not exist.
